Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Please attach Unboxing Video and Pictures covers all sides of the package before opening and product clearly visible, also attach invoice for our internal quality checks.
Our Policy last 7 days, you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please ensure that the product is unused & tags, boxes / other packaging are intact.

- If the product received in damaged condition
- Received product different from what was ordered
Replacement Policy:
A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 7 days from the day of delivery.
Allow us 24 hours to review your ticket and send you a replacement after necessary internal checks.
If the product is out of stock replacement cannot be issued, full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy:
All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. Village Decor is not liable to process any refund request is initiated after 7 days of delivery.

All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your proof of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Under what conditions cancellation requests accepted?
- All cancellation requests must be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
- In case your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled since our third party service partners charge us as soon as the pickup is completed.
